In 1965 our company began its activity as Francisco Colomer LLin
By 1978 our organization was renamed to Ribetes Colomer Sociedad Anónima (GB=Inc.)
At early days our company was basically serving textile ribbons to manufacturers of blankets, we were focused within this specific market; due a local crisis we developed, to overcome that crisis, more products to supply a wider range of textile makings.
In 1980 more family products are added to our catalog: flat and printed bias tapes, malla-bloqué, satini, texpunt, bannex, trim cords, etc…
During 1999 our company invested on its new facilities of 2500 Mts2
And finally, by 2002, the company moved to our currently location.
In 2004 major organizational changes were carried on for accomplishing an expansion plan to expand our presence into the EU market.
In 2006 Ribetes Colomer got the Quality Certification ISO:9001 ES06/2167 by SGS
